3. Bookings

3.1 Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

Advance Purchase/ Non-refundable Rates/Special offers: Not refundable and bookings may not be modified.

Standard booking: You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the first night if you cancel in the 6 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price. Any cancellation or modification fees are determined by the property. You will pay any additional costs to the property.

3.2 Payment

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
We accept major debit/credit cards unless otherwise stated.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate selected.

Standard bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to a specified time before arrival (typically 72 hours).

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge up to the full booking amount.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

Internet: WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:
No pets allowed in the hotel.
Provide accurate booking information
Respect hotel property and other guests
Not engage in unlawful or disruptive behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if these conditions are breached.

6. Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Charges may be applied to cover repair or replacement. The guest is liable for any damage however caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Hotel premises or property caused by the guest or any persons in the guest’s party during their stay. The Hotel reserves the right to retain the credit or debit card details of the guest and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by the Hotel as a result of the aforesaid.

Loss or theft of personal belongings
Events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. severe weather, transport disruption)
